Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the magnetic tiles in their original box and include the printed return authorization slip inside the package.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
